Appreciation Post to Coach Godwin
Having been a member of this community for a while I would like to specially appreciate and celebrate the brain behind this platform. Coach Godwin Mbah Most of us here knew nothing about Salesforce and the opportunities it offered. He graciously accepted us, taught us despite his busy schedule and today we are able to not only understand what it is and how it works 💯… we are also able to help others who are beginning their journey. Most people pass their various salesforce exams on 2-3 attempts but 99% of members of this community do so on their first attempt and I am a witness to it myself! Sir @Godwin Mbah for all the advice and encouragement.. all the ginger motivations and all the numerous support in diverse forms .. I almost gave up on it ..but you kept pushing me 🥹.. I want to say thank you very much Big Boss and God richly bless you in all your endeavors It’s a privilege to be part of this community!! And to be your student 👩‍🎓 We keep climbing higher because we look up to you. Thanks for being a great mentor and coach 🔥

Data Management & Import Challenge Day 9
Today, I gained practical hands-on experience in managing and importing data into Salesforce using the Data Import Wizard. I learned how important clean, well-structured data is before migration, and how proper field mapping ensures records are imported accurately without errors. As part of the exercise, I created a CSV file with alumni contact records, added custom fields like Graduation Year and Degree, and successfully imported all records into Salesforce. I also explored Matching Rules and Duplicate Rules, which helped me understand how Salesforce prevents duplicate records and maintains data integrity. One of the most interesting parts was creating a report to analyse alumni by graduation year. It showed me how imported data can quickly be transformed into meaningful insights for decision-making. The task was both exciting and slightly challenging, especially configuring the matching and duplicate rules correctly, but it became easier as I worked through each step. My biggest takeaway today is that successful data management isn’t just about importing records; it’s about ensuring accuracy, consistency, and long-term reliability of data. See my results screenshot attached below!

🔥 How To Learn And Master Salesforce Faster Than Most People, 3 KILLER HACKS
A lot of people stay stuck in Salesforce not because Salesforce is too hard, but because they are learning it the wrong way. The real hack is simple, stop trying to learn everything at once, and start learning with structure, repetition, and real practice. Here is the winning formula 👇 HACK 1 1) Learn one topic at a time and make sure you actually understand it before jumping to the next one. 2) Do not just watch videos endlessly, practise inside your org. 3) Take notes in your own words so your brain actually processes what you are learning. 4) Repeat topics again and again until they start feeling natural. 5) Focus on real scenarios, not just theory. Ask yourself, how is this used in a real business? HACK 2 Another big hack is consistency. Studying 1- 3 hours every day is far better than studying 7 hours once a week. HACK 3 And yes, another smart hack is using tools that help you learn faster and stay accountable. That is one of the reasons Pathway AI is so powerful, it helps you stay on track, practise smarter, and keep moving without feeling lost, yu can ask as many questions to the AI Mentor it is highly trained with over 50 million data points of Salesforce so it knows Salesforce in and out. Free Access Pathway AI here; https://pathwayai.app/ The people who master Salesforce fast are usually not the smartest in the room. They are just the ones who stay consistent, practise properly, ask questions, and keep going. Do not just consume content. Practise. Revise. Apply. Repeat. That is how real mastery happens. QUESTION? Which part of Salesforce or module are you currently trying to master right now? Comment below 👇
