Beat my mind
Today I probably had the strongest urge to relapse so far. So strong that I almost convinced myself to relapse. It's the hardest I had to fight off this urge, I had to use utmost will power in my mind. But I actually beat it. I didn't wanna lose the glow on my face and just the high energy vibration I am experiencing. It's almost like not wanting to lose the super power. Would be frustrating to start all over again. Can't believe the mind games are so strong that I almost fell off but phew. Onwards and upwards from here on.

Well done mate. You had enough leverage to not give in by saying you didn't want to lose what you had built up which is great. Now that you have beaten this urge, you'll have further proof that you can overcome urges that arise in the future
Channel Reset Incoming 🔜
I've taken a much needed break from posting recently as I felt that whilst the videos I have been uploading have been motivational for people and good advice, I noticed that a lot of my videos had become a copy and paste of another and I want to avoid that. When you start seeing your channel grow on YouTube, it's very tempting to just upload similar videos to what gets the most views because you know it works and it boosts your ego. The main issue with this is that I started to upload videos with more and more buzzwords which meant nothing and saying things that people WANTED to hear but not necessarily what they NEEDED to hear most which is the cold hard-hitting truths about being a man. Sure, semen retention is life-changing, but if you don't have the right life setup and just play video games all day, SR is only so useful. Therefore, I'm gonna start making more videos that I genuinely believe us men NEED to hear. Semen retention will still be a huge part of this channel but I think it's time I moved onto more advanced shit by now. Are you guys excited for the next chapter?

@Yosef H. yeah controversy sells. I've already been getting haters which means I am doing something right lol. Someone even had the nerve to recently tell me SR would get me nowhere without God lol. You guys know me by now. I'm not religious but also I don't try to convert people. Didn't think my content would spark such a reaction from religious people but that's what happens when you push the boundaries of beliefs and world views I guess. No matter what direction I decide to go down, I always want to stay true to myself and give people an honest representation of who I am
Quick Update 🔔
Hi all. I'm not dead. Just been away for a bit as I've been to a wedding recently and it's my 24th birthday tomorrow so all will resume in a few days or so. :)

extremely impressive hair growth & repair on retention
The last time i got my hair cut short (as a form of grief) was about 5 months ago, the same day I relapsed on my previous 179 days SR streak. It was not exactly a skull-revealing buzz cut, but it was short enough to have barely any length. About second month into my hair regrowth journey I made a huge mistake of trying to use a brown dye on my hair (thought that would make me look cool). First of all it did not work at all. Second of all the chemical was horrible because it's a cheap garbage product. I started getting hair damage from the harsh chemicals, resulting in loose strands of hair falling off. I damaged my hair the second month in. It was a bad stumble in the journey as you can see. Despite that, retention had enough power to undo my fuckup and completely save my hair. On my current streak, as I got past day 30+, I started to notice there's no longer random strands falling off. Past 60+ days of retention, I noticed my hair becoming dense, lush, and long; and it was so firm that when I ran my hand through my hair there wouldn't be any loose strand. I still use zero shampoo, zero barber, and only occasional hair gel for cosmetic purpose. Right now, the longest hair on my head is 17cm. Science would say this is at the upper range of growth speed. Way above average. I would have gotten even more if I had not screwed myself with poor quality dye. this shows how impressive the human body is on retention. My diet is about 80% meats and 20% fruits. Occasional junk food such as diet coke and ice cream I let it slide. I get on average about 2200-2400 calories and 170-190g protein. I am at a point where I don't gain weight and don't lose weight either. Retention completely saved my hair by using the vital nutrients like bone marrow in my seed to convert into an extension of my skull. So strong and potent that it overrides chemical damage. There is a saying about "energy rising upwards". And I have lived it.

@Yosef H. I have a beard anyway but it gets untidy after a certain length and keeping it well groomed makes my jawline look sharper. Gonna rock the semen retention pornstache a hell of a lot in the summer for sure lol!
Ppl from your past
I’m sure many of y’all have heard about the part of SR, where ‘people from your past try come back into your life’ I’m monitoring this… as on Xmas day my old best mate that I hadn’t spoken to for a decade, msgd me and asked how I’d been Then today my very first gf from 18 years ago msgd me, and we hadn’t spoken since then, to ask how I’ve been too After the first instance I thought prob a coincidence but then the second I’m like ok… maybe there’s something to this part, so we’ll see if strike three comes through from somewhere

Happens to me a few times every few years or so. People might see that you're doing well without them or they might have felt bad with how things ended with you the last time you spoke. Could be many different reasons but from what I have found, people like to check in on others to make sure that they haven't fallen behind
