Headed to Boston for a VIP Day with a Client
Earlier this year I made a new offer One that felt exciting and fun for me and relevant and ideal for my clients. The big ideas was meet clients IRL to bang out more in 8 hours together than they might get done in 8 months doing it on their own. And as Ai provides us with more leverage to get things done faster, better, cheaper …. I’m doubling down on IRL relationships, High level consulting, self leadership and masterminding because AI will never replace: Being in the room with someone who’s done what you’re trying to do and the creative output of the infinite intelligence that happens when 2 or more minds come together in a spirit of intention and alignment. AI leverage + human proximity is the way 🧙‍♂️ @Graham Duval - pumped to jam dude LFG 🔥

The Death of courses and Info Products ?? (And What Comes Next 👀)
I don’t see many saying this explicitly So I will. “Traditional info products and courses are dying…. If not already dead” Right now, I see brilliant coaches spending months building courses and modules for their skool community that live in someone's "someday" folder. Creating programs where 88% never make it past module two. Packaging expertise into videos and PDFs like it's 2020. And I totally get that. That's exactly what has worked for the last decade. Information = value. Knowledge = transformation. Except it doesn't anymore. Here's what I do see happening in skool: (And I am totally ok to be wrong here I’d love to have a conversation about this ) Great Coaches & teachers keep creating courses like it's 2020. But in the AI and GPTs era we can go beyond just transferring knowledge… we can learn by producing outcomes. GPT Co-pilots don't lecture, like traditional courses… They build the thing with your client. Right there in the session. And while many coaches and consultants are perfecting module seven, The experts who are going to win are using AI & GPT’s to deliver results in real time. If you are doing courses the old way, I believe… Your products will get harder to sell. You will fall behind. Now this is an AWESOME opportunity for those who embrace building their biz with Ai. Because the next 1-3 years belong to experiential learning with GPTs as co-pilots. Not courses. Not information dumps. Actual outcome-producing tools that develop skills while creating deliverables. They are easy to create. Just take everything you know and transform it into an AI-powered tool that creates what your clients paid for. Only 12% of people finish courses anyway. - So why explain copywriting when a GPT can co-write the sales page with them? - Why teach content strategy when a GPT can generate their calendar in the session? - Why deliver information when you can deliver transformation? The absolute best marketing you can create is client wins and client results and

This is spot I just signed on a client who called me., wanting to create a helpline 😂 because she’s a divorce lawyer and I was like what you need is let’s update some of your course videos just because they look old and and having some quality videos will be helpful with authority, but then let’s take all the information about everything you get asked all the time and let’s build a GPT for you that instead of someone calling a helpline when they I wanted to know more information they can buy into this AI that will be able to help guide them and answer the questions that you’re constantly answering over and over again.. so I’m taking this as a sign that I’m headed in the right direction!
The Giving Games [Episode 1]
What if giving away free stuff works better than running ads? Last month we tested it at Venice Beach. Gave away skateboards and meals to people experiencing homelessness. Just to see. The people who came with us walked away talking about: ❤️ Clarity and the "give first" energetic ❤️ Unfathomable ROI (you can't measure it, but you feel it) ❤️ Reconnecting to living bigger than yourself ❤️ Contribution > consumption Pretty cool. We're calling it Giving Games and we're trying to inspire $1 billion in giving over the next three years. (Sounds crazy but we're doing it anyway lol.) Made a video about the whole thing. Comment "GIVE" if this resonates and when we create the Giving Games Playbook we will send it to you so you can add this into your biz Dan @Alexander VandeLaar @Bc Serna @Whitstagram Hancock @Matthew Thompson @Luke Gilbert @Kevin Lee @Madhuri Pura Dasa @Tina Roach @Auroara Leigh

We Flipped the Script (And Raised $102k at our IRL Skool Event)
Last week we ran our first IRL Skool Summit. It was amazing and... has completely changed how I am thinking about business, community, and what we're actually doing here. The big shift stemmed from a small question: Instead of asking "How much can we make?" we started asking "How much can we give?" And honestly? It's been the most inspiring thing I've done in years. So let me tell you a short story... About 6 months ago, my business partner @Alexander VandeLaar and I had this idea for a one-day summit in our little hometown of Kelowna (150k people, nothing fancy). We decided to combine it with one of our 5 day Client Mastermind Retreats and make it something special since @Goose Dunlavey and his team ( @Tony Loew , @Yahya Kazi , @Vincent Roswandowicz ) were coming through town for the Skool World Tour. The plan was simple: Sell tickets to the 1 Day Summit for $299 (Discounted most for $150), cover expenses, and donate 100% of profits to Ronald McDonald House (RMH) We chose that charity for a couple of reasons. #1 - They were local #2 - Many local legends support them and we thought they might get behind our event #3 - My niece needed a multi visceral transplant when she was 1 and was supported by them We brought in some incredible speakers: Our favorite Skoolers like @Evelyn Weiss (all the way from austria) @Ted Carr @Matthew Thompson (all the way from ireland) ... Legends @Daniel Bissonnette & @Benny D shared their wisdom too plus local legends like Dan Martell and his wife Renee Warren, Nick Kusmich (the billion-dollar ad guy turned modern shaman), and Kevin Preston shared their genius.
