Living Meditation (Mojo Monday Challenge 17)
What are ways to make meditation a lifestyle? You don't have to sit on a mat in silence to formally meditate. If you cultivate enough mindful moments over the day, it's as if your brain is in a constant living meditation. Mindful moments are anytime you bring your conscious awareness to the present moment. For this week, practice Living Meditation = Many Mindful Moments Strung Together 1. Moment 1: Pick a habit that's a mundane activity (brushing teeth, etc.) to be mindful and bring conscious awareness to. Focus on the body sensations generated by the activity you are doing. If you are washing dishes or showering, the water on your hands. If you are walking, the feet on the ground, etc. 2.
