Meta dropped their new AI engine (Andromeda) and here's what it means for Chiropractic Marketing strategy in 2026
If you’re still running ads like it’s 2021… you’re going to feel the pain before your patients do. Here’s the truth: 1. Targeting is basically dead. Meta does the targeting for you now. If your creative speaks to stressed Mums, the algorithm will find stressed Mums. If your target is Mums but your Ads feature a 20 something year old CA or worse 47 year old Steve teh Carpenter - guess who it'll find more of. 2. Creative is the new targeting. Andromeda burns through ads fast. If you’re still running one video for three months… good luck. You need 5-15 different creative angles per offer, every month. Our VIP team focuses on 5 per month for now... 3. Andromeda sees what you don’t. This is the uncomfortable part: Your “ideal patient avatar” is nothing compared to what Meta sees. Andromeda reads: - their scrolling habits - what they watch for 3+ seconds - what they read twice - pain-related searches - posts they linger on at 11pm - videos they replay - topics they explore quietly - their buying patterns - their “late-night doom scroll” behaviour - and every signal that says “this person is struggling right now” Where you used to pay FB ad experts like me to hyper target, stack interests and do ninja Ad account hacks...Those are now gone. You now hire us to solve your Creative Ad strategy. Your job is simple: Put out great creative and let Meta find the people who need it. Stop with the graphic overlay New Patient Images already... 4. Media companies will beat clinics...And you are a media company. The clinics who shoot fresh B-roll, POV videos, consult walkthroughs and “here’s what’s actually causing your pain” content…will absolutely dominate their city. 5. Clean tracking or don’t bother. If your pixel, CAPI, and CRM aren’t talking to each other, Meta won’t optimise. No optimisation = expensive leads = “Facebook ads don’t work” spiral. 6. The offer still matters. New Patient Consults. Clear inclusions. Clear CTA. No spiritual wellness essays. Remember, we are selling the WHY to the consult not the WHAT.

You're over emphasising channels...and missing the point
Most Chiros create an unnecessary competition within their marketing. Is FB better than google? Is your social better than your paid? Is your email better than SMS? It doesn't matter. It's about your ecosystem that you are building. Patients will come in through the channel that best serves them. Facebook generates a lot of interest, email qualifies through value, google shows high intent, content demonstrates expertise and trust. Knowing this, you'll understand people bounce between each channel until they have enough certainty to go all in with you. So the 2 questions to ask yourself are: 1) Are you building an eco-system where each channel builds on your messaging or are you competing against yourself, killing channels when they don't "work"? 2) Are you running each channel according to best practice? SIMPLIFY. Just track CAC (cost to acquire one new patient), then focus on optimising for each channel. Regardless of result. Continue doing this until your CAC reduces month on month. That is marketing.
