As we move into the holiday season let’s remember to make wise decisions/choices about our nutrition. Don’t expect to pig out then cry later about not seeing results or not feeling well. We don’t have to torture ourselves. Enjoy in moderation. Remember-processed meats, sugar, alcohol all contribute to inflammation in the body.

Breakfast on the go
GM everyone! Super packed day ahead, so no time to whip up breakfast. Thanks to our trusty nutrition charts, I’m fueling up with a bowl of creamy cottage cheese topped with a cup of juicy blackberries and strawberries—packed with iron, vitamin C, potassium, and protein! Small, disciplined steps like this are key to nurturing my body and unlocking the best version of myself. 💪 #HealthyVibes

The food is so fresh here! Fresh fish and meats are displayed in the window of some restaurants so customers can see. I enjoy grilled sardines today, served with boiled potatoes, salad and Bacalao cake(salted cod) Portugal is known for its wine and fresh fish! Pictures attached.

Easy Digestion!
Made a batch of my go to soup; red lentils with carrots, celery, potatoes, garlic, veggie broth. It looks kinda thick but I just add a bit more veggie broth or water when reheating. Cooked in instant pot for 25mins, puréed everything was an emulsion blender. I make my own broth with the excess trimming from veggies, store in freezer, boil and strain. This is really good tasting, nutritious, easy on the digestive system.
