Made a batch of my go to soup; red lentils with carrots, celery, potatoes, garlic, veggie broth. It looks kinda thick but I just add a bit more veggie broth or water when reheating. Cooked in instant pot for 25mins, puréed everything was an emulsion blender. I make my own broth with the excess trimming from veggies, store in freezer, boil and strain. This is really good tasting, nutritious, easy on the digestive system.
