Sometimes the best way to get kids involved (or at least not bothering you) while you're trying to stretch, is by keeping it fun!
🐕 So, today's assignment is to do a themed stretching session all about animals!
Pretending to be animals can be REALLY fun! I put a yoga sequence in the post at the bottom for you to follow along to a flow all about animals! (or you can make your own fun with animal stretches)
⭐ BONUS: do some bear breaths before getting started!
When we make deep guttural sounds, it tells the body to relax! One of the fun ways to do this is by bear breathing. Everyone takes a deep breath in, and then you make a deep guttural growl like a bear while releasing the breath.
