I am a Christian single mom of three great children, two girls and 1 boy. I am a Registered dietitian by profession with focus on maternal health and food security. I am also a certified Christian life coach, and a certified nutrition based weight loss coach.

Born and raised in Kenya-Africa, now living in El Paso, Texas. I love to sing, I would love to sleep more that 8 hours but am grateful if I can do 7, in my younger years I played. Soccer. I love to cook, but dislike the cleaning of the dishes.
