We've been doing this every year since my oldest was 2! We buy a butterfly garden from insect lore and watch 5 caterpillars go through their metamorphosis to become butterflies. My kids love it and are so excited! My favorite part is seeing how the conversations change as the kids get older. Have any of you ever done this?

I'm knee deep in work this weekend (I have a lot of personal deadlines I have to hit and some work with clients) so I am going to be VERY intentional about my self care. This weekend, my self care looks like personal grooming (i took a nice bath today after breakfast), eating nourishing food, keeping my water filled, and taking some time to stretch in between sitting. I'll also be going to bed early to help my body rest. 👇What are you doing this weekend to take care of yourself?

I want to encourage you today: when you consistently show up, genuinely care about people, and share what’s helping you, growth often comes in ways you don’t expect. I was already working in the online space, teaching and helping others build income streams. (Like many of you are as well ❤️) Then I began sharing something that helped my own family from a health standpoint — not to create another business, but simply because I wanted people to feel better. People asked questions. Friends shared with others. And it started growing faster than I planned. What began as serving people naturally became another income stream — one of several I’ve built over time by staying consistent and leading with love. You don’t have to chase everything. You don’t have to force growth. Show up. Help people. Stay consistent. Growth has a way of following that. 🙌
