Each stage of my customer journey:

Beginner - learning crochet, I offer a course that walks them through from holding their hook & yarn to making their first projects

Intermediate - Understanding the different stitches, what they are used for and how to combine them for different varieties of crochet

Advanced - they’re able to read and do any pattern, understand diagrams and can come up with a concept and make a design that they like based on the concept

Business growth - learning the skills they need to take what they know about crochet to market, whether that is to sell handmade items or patterns & tutorials they’ve designed
