I did a coaching call with someone recently and she was struggling with knowing what she needs to be focuesed on.
So, I hope this clarifies things for you:
- Build the infrastructure of your business. Create the funnels, the skool community, the e-mails, and the accounts.
2. Focus on marketing. Either start making content and make it your goal to get as good at content as possible. Consume content that you want yours to be like and try your best to make yours like that! Or, if you want to run ads, start learning how to be the best at ads that you can be.
3. If you have a high ticket, start following up with DMs to book sales calls and get good at sales.
That's it!
Literally, once your business is set up, all you have to do is pick a traffic source and learn how to get good at it and then get good at sales.
