Hey!

I've been an entrepreneur for the past 10 years. I own a digital marketing agency, it's kind of at a fork, there's a general agency part, doing WEB, SEM and SEO for all local businesses. and I also niched down to counsellors and therapists helping them handle all their digital marketing. There is a team of about 8 of us all in Canada I want to start hiring talent internationally as well.

want: my goal is to get to my agency to $12MM/year with 20%profit

need: the proper frameworks and guidance to assist me on those steps. Help to know what to focus on to get to the next level
