Hey! I've been an entrepreneur for the past 10 years. I own a digital marketing agency, it's kind of at a fork, there's a general agency part, doing WEB, SEM and SEO for all local businesses. and I also niched down to counsellors and therapists helping them handle all their digital marketing. There is a team of about 8 of us all in Canada I want to start hiring talent internationally as well. want: my goal is to get to my agency to $12MM/year with 20%profit need: the proper frameworks and guidance to assist me on those steps. Help to know what to focus on to get to the next level

@Jason Steelman wow thanks for such an in-depth/extensive reply! True I'm not where I want to be especially thinking about how many years I've been doing this. I think the framework I lacked was getting consistent leads through a marketing/sales machine and then really focusing on the fulfilment and advertising the results. Also hiring the right person that can help the team, as a whole, produce even better results. I think what was hard was our team wanted to do everything from hosting, to domain names, graphic design, IT and tech on top of web design, google ads and seo. So really, I think it is because I lacked the skills but I was also not focusing on the quite right things in business to grow faster. to your point, my cost of living is relatively low right now, I don't go fancy with the cars or place I live etc. I think our cost of living is around $3k and it's just me and my wife right now. Family is a future thought so with where we are we probably need a bit more income to have kids and buy a house. my business does around 10-15% profit so I know there's unlocks to be made there. I don't mind investing in the business and using the funds for more aggressive growth to hire the right people. Our team is about 6-7 people, hired a sales person to make that about 8ish people. once we get more clients and my team starts hitting more capacity, we'll look to hire more talent that can help with the fulfilment. I'm curious what your current business(es) are/ what industry you're in?
