Hi I’m Heather! I´m new here.

Freedom and Connection are my power words for the year, and my life. And I want to live this growth in my business with others who know the same. I just did the AEO Certification and some Perry Belcher Ignite dabbling, and my favorite part was hearing and feeling Kasim´s insights on those calls (nothing brown on my nose, that is just how it is! and that’s how I found my way to 3X Freedom).

In full human mode, I’m going to just freeform these answers to Kasim´s introduce yourself questions, (almost) unedited, no AI, friends…

What makes me AWESOME

is my clear vision for optimizing anything and leveraging output in many different directions. It’s my drive to see, listen deeply to, and help purpose-driven service-based entrepreneurs, especially in the helping professions. I can see from miles away the value in another’s offering and a totally reasonable clear goal they can absolutely meet, and how! I can communicate in one session an entire business plan, marketing strategy, and first steps. My experience and success are deep and wide, and I am a raging river of creative and tried and true strategies (see related needs/challenges below!).

In 2026 I will relaunch my private consulting and teaching business, and agency for a global market (previously operated only in Chile with a smattering of U.S. and European clients from referral). The focus is connection-based messaging frameworks, optimized site and social content, with DIY analog and customized AI bot versions - for female helping professionals.

I will give 1:1 and group coaching through my system and sell full done-for-you packages using a small mass of VAs and developers (see needs below!!).

As a 20+ year expert in SEO and now AEO since early 2025, I also offer stand-alone AEO strategy packages to a wider range of clients - will grow this as partnership unfolds (looking for sales and fulfillment partners now - DM me if interested). I see this as a lucrative side gig mostly for the fun of it because SEO and AEO are my current obsessive jam!

Transparency: I currently have one large client who pays the bills. I have a short waitlist of 1:1 clients I´m lining up as low-cost/trades to get my case study and testimonials fueling my marketing, and to iron out my systems. Other than that, I´m starting from scratch (with a million Google docs of past and present ideas, messaging, product outlines, lions, tigers, and bear, oh my!).

I NEED

Frameworks, systems, mindset, encouragement

Frameworks to clarify and replicate my processes, to reduce admin strain (burnout), and to take the steady consistent path!
Systems to fund, find, and manage (trust!) VAs is key.
Mindset support to help this Girl Friday high IQ energetic high-functioning autistic Aquarian know-it-al shut up and listen, eat all the humble pie needed to slow the fuck down, apply temperance, prioritize, be consistent, and build something strong and very successful that lasts.
Encouragement in an industry dominated by men, some of which have and do lead me to feel I need to dim my light, put on a suit, and talk a big bro marketing talk to be taken seriously. This is the year I let my expert and personality flag fly. So bring it on!

thank you sincerely for being and bringing your presence and energy! You are one of the few “bro marketers” that doesn’t give me the ick, ha ha. And Julian’s kind, clear way of leading feels like a testament to the human integrity of your organizations. Bravo! That’s what I want for mine, so that’s why I’m here. (Love that you shared coming from humble roots as a welfare baby. I was also a welfare baby, and have never said that to anyone. Here’s to a year of breaking patterns!)
