Garage Take Over is happening in 13 hours
2009 VW Routan 4.0 62TE transmission
Currently have a customer car with a trans code p2764 (torque converter clutch circuit low) Fluid and filter changed out to rule out contaminated fluid causing issues within the solenoids and valve body no metal shavings in trans. After fresh fluids drove perfect for about 2 hours and then through the same code. After tons of research and data. Torque converter solenoid, solenoid pack is what I see many do to fix the issue but some people experience the same issue after replacing both. Anyone experience this with the 62te before?
AC Diag
I am losing my mind. This is my personal vehicle and I started trying to fix this AC system before I started my biz. Since I have fixed a few AC issues and had some spare time, I thought I would give it a stab again. However, I am losing my mind trying to figure it out. Before I started learning how to diagnose, I took a parts cannon to it. So, don't judge too much... LOL Here is the data I have. - 2014 GMC Acadia with rear ac. - Replaced the compressor, lines, both expansion valves, pressure sensor and the condenser which includes the dryer. - Before I start the car the pressures are equalized. - After I start the car the clutch engages and the pressures are 35-40 and 180-200 - The lines don't really get hot or cold. I still can't get this thing to remotely blow cold. What am I missing?

Dodge EVAP System
Since there is a lot of guys on here with little to no experience and EVAP codes on these vehicles are so common, I thought I would throw this out there. I have seen a lot of incorrect information online about the Dodge ESIM evap system and someone ask me about it today. This is not a leak detection pump. This is not a vent solenoid. It is a mechanical vent with 2 weights and a switch. The switch is not controlled by the PCM, it is an on/off switch that tells the PCM what is happening inside the ESIM. So you can not control this thing with bi-directional controls or apply power and ground to make it do something. One of the weights will vent pressure if there is to much pressure on the EVAP system, and the other will vent vacuum if there is to much vacuum on the EVAP system. When you use a smoke machine to do a leak test on the EVAP system you have to pull the hose off the ESIM and put a cap over it to seal the EVAP system so the smoke machine can build pressure to find a leak. Smoke machines are typically 0.5-1 psi and I think it takes less than 0.25 psi to move the weight inside the ESIM.
