Yo my names Brock. I played football all 4 years of high school and ended my senior year being 215 lbs and from January till May lost nearly 50 lbs weighing 170lbs and kept most of my muscle. Since then my focus for fitness has been through the roofs because of my hard cut. Things like tracking calories, hitting your protein goal, doing cardio are some of the many weighed I lost so much weight while keeping my muscle. Currently trying to bulk and weigh around 188 and my biggest achievement rn is 330 on bench at 18 yrs.
