Thanks to a podcast by our friends over at Blunt Force Business I found a great new AI platform called Perplexity. https://www.perplexity.ai/. I had a hardship as I look for vacant land or tax liens to invest in. I used to search by county to find the POC at each assessor office to find a list of owners who are behind in taxes. I asked Perplexity "How do I find the email contact info for county assessor's offices". I told me how to search online to find all of the counties contact information for the entire state. This will save me hours of time. It worked like a charm. The nice part is that it references the info too.
