Hi! I'm Olina 👋
I was born and raised in Sweden but have called the south of Spain home for the last 8 years. I work full-time as a personal trainer and online coach, mostly with women — through every stage of life — and I’ve coached hundreds of clients over the years. Pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause are the stages I find most fascinating to work with. They’re also, so often, where the knowledge is lacking. We’re scared to train through pregnancy because we’ve been told we can’t lift more than 10 kilos. We don’t know how to rebuild our core and pelvic floor after giving birth. We get cleared by our midwife at 6 weeks postpartum with zero guidance on what to actually do. We hear the term “diastasis recti” thrown around, but no one tells us how to fix it. We start feeling like we’re losing ourselves in our 40s — sometimes earlier, sometimes later — and we’re told that’s just how it is. No one is guiding us. But there is so much we can do, with the right guidance. We can train through pregnancy — science has shown it’s positive for both baby and mom. We can heal our core and pelvic floor with the right exercises, if we just know how. We can feel better through perimenopause and menopause by adjusting our training, our diet, and sometimes with the right support to boost our bodies. Our bodies go through so much. We deserve real guidance through all of it. That’s why I want to make postpartum recovery accessible and easy for every mom out there — whether you’re at home with your baby or able to get to the gym, you should be able to work on your core and pelvic floor from anywhere. A bit about my own training journey I’ve been training my whole life. As a kid it was football, horse riding, cross-country skiing, and cross-country running. In my late teens I joined the gym and lived in classes — body pump, spinning, step. In my early 20s I found CrossFit and loved everything about the training style and the community, even did a few competitions. Then I herniated my back and had to stop. That’s when I shifted into strength training, which has been my main focus for years now, with some running and cycling on the side.

Welcome to 12 Week Mom Comeback! 💛
Hi, and welcome — I'm so glad you're here. If you're anything like most moms in this program, you got cleared at your postpartum check-up... and then nothing. No plan, no timeline, no real answer for what your body actually needs to feel strong again. That's exactly the gap this program is built to fill. How this works: This is a 12-week program, 24 classes total — 2 short classes a week, each with 2 focused exercises for your core and pelvic floor. There's no rush and no pressure. Finish in 12 weeks, or take longer if that's what your body needs. Just steady, supportive progress. Before you start, one important thing to understand: Your core isn't just there to make your abs look good — it's there to help your body function throughout life. It's designed to stabilize, rotate, flex, and stretch, which is why we don't just do crunches and call it a day. Throughout this program, we'll challenge your core through multiple planes, angles, and levels of instability, always building on what came before. What you'll need: Most classes just need a small pilates ball or a yoga block. A few later classes add a resistance band, and one uses a light weight (a dumbbell, water bottle, or milk carton all work fine). Nothing fancy required A few ground rules: - Go at your own pace. If a class feels tough, repeat it as many times as you need before moving on. - Reset whenever you need to — mid-rep, mid-class, whenever. It's better to reset than to lose form. - This is not about breaking records or pushing through pain. It's about rebuilding your body with intention, one class at a time. One more thing: This community is for you to ask questions, share wins, and connect with other moms doing the same work. Introduce yourself below — tell us where you're at in your postpartum journey and what you're hoping to get out of this program. I'd love to hear from you. You're not lost anymore. Let's get started. 💪

Introduce yourself 👋
New here? Drop a comment below and tell us: 1. Where are you in your postpartum journey right now? 2. What’s been the hardest part of getting back to feeling strong in your body? 3. What are you hoping to get out of this program? I read every single one — and I’d love for this to be a place where we cheer each other on, not just a place to watch videos alone. Let’s get to know each other! 💛
Your body did something incredible!
On the days it feels hard — remember what your body just did. It grew a human. It gave birth. It's now recovering, adapting, and rebuilding, all while probably running on very little sleep. That's not weakness. That's not something to fix as fast as possible. That's a body doing something remarkable, one day at a time. Be patient with it. Be proud of it. You deserve that patience just as much as anyone else. 🤍

What felt different last week?
Sometimes progress doesn't feel big. It's not always a personal best or a visible change — sometimes it's just noticing your core engage a little more naturally, or getting through a class a little bit smoother. Drop a comment below: what's one small thing that's felt different for you lately — in your body, your energy, or just how you feel about yourself? Let's celebrate it together. 👇
