You’ll follow a simple, progressive 12-week program with 2 short classes per week, each including 2 carefully selected exercises focused on safe, effective postpartum movement.
This program is designed to fit into real mom life. Go at your own pace—complete the program in 12 weeks or take longer if your body needs it. There’s no pressure and no rush, just steady, supportive progress.
Important: Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting if you’re experiencing pain or haven’t fully healed after birth. All exercises are performed at your own discretion and responsibility.
