4th Sunday of Advent: Love in Action
Today is the final Sunday of Advent: Love.
We tend to think of love as a feeling - warm fuzzies and romance. But the Christmas story shows us that Love is an Action. It is God moving toward us. It is showing up.
Love is actionable today, too.
- Love is holding your tongue when you want to snap.
- Love is forgiving the family member who is awkward.
- Love is apologizing first.
Reflect: Who needs your "Love in Action" (patience/kindness) the most this week? (Hint: It might be yourself).
