The phone rang & she froze
Jan* (not her real name) has definitely been a star student. With one HUGE exception she never properly laid her foundation for her business. Jan was so excited to jump in and get started (she wanted results fast after all) that she froze when her first prospect called.
Could she really do this?
In short the answer is YES!
Luckily she was able to jump into Office Hours and get pulled away for the ledge. And yes she called the prospect back, knew what to say and got the client! YAY!
