Holding our entire Qi family in the practice, ‘awareness’ and ‘KNOWING’. lets use yesterdays teaching and gong fu from the information we have been given in the last two days, to truly Return. Our heart has to be calm & very still. Qi has to penetrate. Emptiness, luminous, clean up our intention, clean up the chief mechanism, clean our body, clean up illness in our body, fix our health, improve our healthy, and also create harmonious world by doing this inner & external tai chi. No obstruction. Remember Seeing, Knowing, all humans, all in our l international & local group, & even to transform our ego mind, any disharmony, low frequency (illness info) , restoring to the Truth. Together set our Qi field-blanket Qi field and love. Applying the ZNQG Yishi tai ji Field. the ‘ effect ‘ & the ‘cause ‘ is the same. Re'membering' & Merging With the ONE, Da, Universe, Qi, Yishi=heart&mind, ' 4 Greats" Now and forever/ NOW extended to eternity. repeat this HAOLA : "In this now moment is the Haola, it is Good & good. In this Now moment all is well. Big wish: Human finds the ONE- Da is Great. Return HOME/Our heart. Unify the 4 Greats: Dao, Heaven, Earth, Mind. Merge with Heaven (the point/center) zhong. "Teach Only LOVE because that is what we are" . May we all join in LaQi: big to small, small to big- deep inside the center POINT = back to origional- is state of balance- stable, 'awareness of the Spirit in the Center, illuminated awareness center & Qi" When we intend empty we call it “awareness”. When Qi is in our body we Merge with Qi - this is “Knowledge” Ñ, YiYuanti - to KNOW (gnosis) know about it. Harmonize external and internal. When it is inside it is Knowledge: when it is out side we are “aware” about it. Use Awareness & Knowledge merge and disperse YI & QI. the centers" 1. center upper dantian, center sky / with qi brain head. 2. Lower dantian center /Qi feet/ earth 3.
