I've had an awesome idea
From time to time, I'll get an idea that changes how I run my business. But having talked with the Founding 12 over the last 2-4 weeks, I've got something that will change your business/income too. @Derek Charlier , a Founding 12 Member of The Accelerator Program suggested that any student taking part in the Agents to Income course wants a "Quick Win". Something they can take that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that they CAN make money with ai. Well I've got 2 amazing candidates for this. Without spoiling anything, I have created two businesses that will run for you automatically, with a single prompt that have the potential of making $250k+ per year. Oh it's so cool. If you want to hear about it before I launch, comment "AWESOME" on this post.

17 builds. 17 days. Winner gets VIP for a year.
Starting today. Every morning until 18 July I'm posting one build challenge in here. Each one is a real, useful thing you can build with AI in about 20 minutes. You'll finish every single one with something that actually works. How it works: - The day's challenge drops every morning in Builds - Do it, then comment on that post with a screenshot of what you made - That's a point. 17 days, 17 possible points On Monday 20th July we go live. Leaderboard on screen, best builds up on the call, and one winner gets VIP access free for a full year. Some days will take you 10 minutes. A couple might push past 20. Every one is doable even if you've never built anything before, and I give you the exact starting prompt each day so you're never staring at a blank screen. It's up to you to add features and creativity. Missed a day? Late entries count right up to the morning of the 20th. Day 1 is already up in Builds. Go.

Day 8: find 10 leads in 20 minutes (20 min)
From today the builds start earning their keep. The next few are the ones you can sell. The build: a lead finder. You pick a type of local business, it helps you build a hit list of ones that need help you could offer. ``` You are my lead researcher. My offer is: [e.g. "simple websites for local businesses" or "social media setup", whatever you could actually do]. I'll paste in search results or a list of local businesses (name + what I can see about them). For each one, tell me: 1. Score /10: how likely they need my offer, based on what's visible. 2. Why: one line of evidence. 3. Opener: the first sentence I'd say to them, specific to their business. Rank the list best to worst. ``` Where to get the input: search Google Maps for "[business type] near [your town]" and copy across 10 names, whether they have a website, and their review count. Two minutes of copying, done. Screenshot your ranked list, comment it, take the point. Tomorrow we write the pitch.

Day 4 done.
I used miro and its inbuilt AI to generate a first draft of a process diagram for my project. I didn't like it, but it proved to be a starting point for a top level view of what I was trying to achieve. The most valuable part of this task is that it helps visualise the top level tasks and then sets you off thinking about the various component parts required to complete each top line task and then how you can bring it altogether to achieve the final goal. Not sure if I have anywhere near the number of hierarchical steps but it's something to built on further.
