The skills Lewis uses every day inside Claude Code, packaged so you can drop them into your own setup and invoke with a slash. Trading, research, content, deployment, agent building. New ones land here as they're built. Fork what works, ignore what doesn't — the point is to see how skills are built so you can ship yours.

The first 30 days. You won't build the agent yet — you'll build everything the agent needs to know about you. Personality, goals, communication style, the files it reads, the rules it follows. One lesson per day. Skip this and the agent you build later won't actually feel like yours. By Day 30 the foundation is done and you're ready to build.

The next 30 days. You take the foundation from Stage 1 and turn it into a working agent. Map the job step by step, write the SOP, build the agent, run it, watch what breaks, fix it, run it again. By Day 60 you have one real agent doing one real job — and a Day 60 win post in the community to prove it.

You have one agent running. In 30 days, build a second, then a third — each scoped to no more than 5 jobs. Wire them together so they hand off and share what they know. End state: a working system, not a single tool.

The actual files behind Lewis's setup — claude.md, soul.md, knowledge bases, agent specs, .env structure. Anonymised but real. Copy them, edit them, use them as the starting point for your own. Updated as Lewis changes his own system.
