I was on a group call the other day with the founding twelve, the guys who were part of my pre-sale for the new agents to income course. Somebody asked me when the first module was going to be published. It's a fair question, but the honest answer is that it will drop whenever they tell me what goes into it. You might be thinking, "Well, don't you write the course?" The reason I put together the founding twelve is so that I didn't actually teach on our group calls three times a week. Instead, I asked them what their pain points are, why they're struggling to make money online. I take those pain points and solve them, and that becomes the course. So not only am I sharing everything about how my business and agents function and how the business makes money as a result of those agents, but I'm also tackling the biggest struggles and pain points that I see with my audience. One person might ask for a system that holds a stop loss that he can't hold himself, so that becomes a module. Another one has years of mentors' knowledge sitting in screenshots and voice notes and can't get an agent to use any of it. That was a module too. One asked me to build in small progress markers so that you can feel it working as you go instead of waiting for a big payoff, and he was right. That's gone in the course as well. These 12 people are shaping this new course block by block with me live before it's even finished. What everyone else will get is the version that they have helped me build.
