By now you should be gradually opening your detox pathways for a healthy purge in February. Make sure you don’t eat any sugar from now until the full moon. Get prepared: Purchase your wormwood, pumpkin seeds, black walnut hulls, castor oil capsule (must freeze for 2 weeks prior to purge week), and binders of choice!
