Eat raw pumpkin seeds every day by the handful or in yogurt
This is one of the easiest ways to get started on your safe parasite healing purge journey. Pumpkin seeds contain a bioactive compound called cucurbitacin a natural plant chemical found mostly in the seed’s white membrane and inner kernel. Cucurbitacin works by: Paralyzing parasites’ neuromuscular system It disrupts their ability to move, grip, or anchor to the intestinal walls. Weakening their suction and hooks This makes worms detach more easily so the body can push them out. Interfering with parasite metabolism It stresses and slows their biological processes. Disrupting the gut environment parasites rely on The fiber + fats + phytochemicals create a less hospitable terrain for them. This is why many traditional medicine systems — including Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic medicine have used pumpkin seeds for centuries as a folk antiparasitic food. WHICH PARASITES PUMPKIN SEEDS WORK ON Pumpkin seeds work best for parasites that physically attach inside the intestines. More effective against: - Tapeworms - Roundworms - Pinworms - Hookworms - Some intestinal flukes - Worms that rely on muscular movement to stay attached ❌ Less effective against: - Parasites that migrate to organs (brain, liver, lungs, tissues) - Protozoa (Giardia, Blastocystis, amoebas) - Parasites shielded by thick biofilm - Deep-tissue parasites Pumpkin seeds excel in weakening, paralyzing, and detaching intestinal worms — but they are not a full cleanse by themselves. RAW VS ROASTED: DOES IT MATTER? Yes, the form you consume affects the strength. RAW pumpkin seeds = strongest parasite effect Heat-sensitive cucurbitacin remains intact. Lightly dried or low-temp roasted = still helpful Some cucurbitacin remains. High-temp roasted / salted = weakest Heat destroys much of the antiparasitic compounds. Bottom line: For parasite-cleansing benefits, raw is best ideally fresh, green inner seeds. PREGNANCY SAFETY - Pumpkin seeds are safe as a food during pregnancy - BUT not safe as a parasite cleanse - No large amounts or medicinal dosing during pregnancy - Stick to normal food quantities only

Your Free Trial Has Ended & Here’s How to Stay in the Program
Hey friends 💛 I wanted to share a quick update with everyone. As of today, this group is transitioning into a paid coaching community. Many of you have spent the past month here with us completely free, and I hope it’s been valuable and supportive as you began your preparation phase. If you’d like to continue with us as we move into the deeper parts of the program, the membership is $19/month, cancel anytime. This helps cover the cost of hosting the app, the email platform, our time, and the certifications and training we pour into creating this experience for you. The free trial period has officially ended, so if you’d like to stay in the coaching program, just comment below and I’ll help you switch over to a paid membership so you don’t lose access. I’m truly grateful for each of you who have been showing up, learning, and making changes. This next phase is where things really begin to shift, and I’d love to keep supporting you on your healing journey.

@Billesha Jackson I’m really sorry you and your dad are going through this that’s a lot to carry, especially with his age and health challenges. First, please know this: a borax foot soak two weeks prior would not cause a UTI or pneumonia. UTIs and pneumonia in elderly patients (especially with bladder cancer, dementia, and compromised immunity) are unfortunately very common and often develop independently. That said, right now is not the time to introduce detox tools or binders. While someone is actively fighting infection, on antibiotics, and taking Eliquis, the priority is stability, hydration, nutrition, rest, and medical oversight. I would pause all detox practices until he is fully recovered. At his age and with his medications, even natural interventions need to be extremely gentle and carefully timed. The best next steps are focus on fluids, electrolytes, and easy-to-digest foods. Support gut recovery after antibiotics. Please don’t blame yourself you were trying to help from a place of love. The body at 87 responds very differently than a younger, healthier person. Are you looking for coaching for you or him here in this group? Are you planning to do the parasite purge and follow the program lessons?
