3 things to prioritize in Dec. 2025
Hey peeps, hope you're all doing well. We're moving into the last month of 2025, here are 3 tips you can use to prioritize your well being as we head into the end of the year and gear up for 2026:
1. Practice deep breathing
  • Find a quiet place to sit comfortably.
  • Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths.
  • Focus on the sensation of your breath entering and leaving your body. 
2. Move your body
  • Engage in physical activity, such as a brisk walk or a full workout, to release stress.
  • Exercise releases endorphins, which can improve your mood and ability to sleep.
  • Even a short, 5-10 minute walk can help manage stress. 
3. Focus on the present moment
  • Practice mindfulness to shift your attention away from anxious thoughts.
  • This can involve a short meditation, focusing on your senses, or listening to calming music.
  • You can also visualize a peaceful place or talk to a trusted friend to help ground yourself.
