The body doesn’t need to be pushed
It needs to be listened to.
Most of the time, movement doesn’t stop because we’re lazy.
It stops because we stopped trusting the body.
The body knows when to move.
When to slow down.
When to simply breathe and change position.
This week, don’t try to do more.
Try to listen more.
Let movement be a conversation, not a task.
