A honest note & next steps
First, I want to say thank you. For reading, reflecting, and walking with me through the Life is Simple series. It means a lot to me that you chose to spend your time and attention here. 🙏
Over the last weeks I realized something important:
To make this community truly alive – with regular content, support and programs – I would need to turn it into a paid space.
Right now, I’m not ready to do that.
At the same time, I already have two communities on Skool.
And just like all of you, I’m also human – I can’t do everything at once, even if my heart would like to.
So I had to make a choice.
I decided to focus my energy on one another project: “Od kíl k sile /* From Weight to Strength */ ” – a space where I’ll continue working with movement, mindset and long-term change.
This means that Body & Mind Balance will soon be gently closed / archived.
I hope you can feel that this decision doesn’t come from a lack of care, but from respect – for my own limits, my time, and the quality I want to give.
