Today I can feel it too.
I’m not listening to my body.
I’m letting myself drift — carried by duties, expectations, and noise.
We live in a time where society keeps pushing us:
Be productive.
Be strong.
Be available.
And somewhere between all that pressure, it’s so easy to lose connection with ourselves.
I can feel it building up — the water of demands rising higher — and instead of pausing to breathe, I just keep pushing forward.
But the body knows.
It always knows.
It knows when you need to MOVE.
It knows when you need to REST.
I just have to start listening again.
