In two days, we’ll begin a gentle 7-day journey called
7 Days Body & Mind Balance.
This course is not about discipline or pushing harder.
It’s about slowing down, reconnecting, and creating space — in your body and in your mind.
Over the next 7 days, we’ll explore:
- simple movement
- quiet strength
- gentle reflection
- awareness, playfulness, and calm
Each day takes just 10 minutes.
Before we begin, one small invitation:
To access the course, you’ll need to reach Level 2.
This simply means being present in the group.
You can do that by:
- leaving a comment
- sharing a short thought
- or saying hello in the community
There is no pressure to share anything personal.
One sentence is enough.
This space grows through participation, not perfection.
