Lately I’ve been learning a lot about AI, tools, and how to create better content.
It is exciting… and honestly, sometimes a bit overwhelming.
But in the middle of all this “digital learning”, I keep coming back to one simple truth:
If I forget my body and my mind, no tool in the world will make me feel better.
So I’m learning AI – and I’m still learning how to breathe deeper, move a little every day, and come back to my center.
Both are part of my path now.
