Sorry for not posting here! I have been so used to the Marco, that this fell through the cracks. At any rate, since i broke my pinky things have been quite rocky for lifting, so i have had to manage that over the past month. Today we have the start of our Firm Retreat here in Nashville, my team is all coming here - so we have food, fellowship and meetings for the next two days. Definitely putting a damper on the workout for today and tomorrow! Workout yesterday was cardio - 7/10; also, I have been on several 36 hour fasts since last week. My nutrition for yesterday was an 8/10 - salad and filet for dinner, but the timing was off.
