I’m thrilled to share that I’m working with Dr. Selen Turner as she begins writing her first book.

Selen is a scholar, consultant, and leader who’s transforming how we think about work, culture, and belonging. Her book bridges two powerful worlds — the lived experiences of women navigating workplace dynamics and the organizational systems that shape them. Together, we’re building a book (and a movement) that helps both women and leaders create workplaces where everyone can truly thrive.

We are in the early stages of drafting. She joined our writing pilot in September. You can expect her book in print in 2026!
