3rd Time's a Charm! (A bit of encouragement!)

I joined Sierra in September, and after months of work, I’ve just completed what I hope is my final core message framework. It turned out completely different from what I initially envisioned. I have been feeling stuck—like the pieces just weren’t coming together. Recently I was asked to submit a proposal for some training consulting, and that’s when I had my aha! moment. My original idea wasn’t bad—it just wasn’t the right time for it. I'm grateful for this entire process but hope I can now move forward to the outline phase with the clarity I have been lacking.
