It has pirate undertones — not chaotic, but sovereign. It respects people enough not to rescue them. It expects maturity. It values authorship. It would rather lose a misaligned opportunity than dilute its signal. There’s an impish intelligence to it too.A slight smile when someone says, “I never looked at it that way.” It attracts people who are already capable — just slightly off-center.
