Time to lift each other up! What is your wins for this week? Mine is getting back on track when it comes to my workout routine. These past few weeks have been a little wonky.

My win was sticking to a diet. Not because I wanted to. I needed to for a "getting older" test I had this morning. It reminded me that I have done this, eating cleaner and not giving into the immediate gratification of "insert snack here" before in the past and that I can do it now if I choose to.

@Terrie Hoover I've been experimenting with making fruit water and been drinking more home brewed tea instead of soda.
