This creates resistance This is tension Tension, like stress, is required for life However, the way you stress and accumulate tension could be killing you - and your business too! As a massage & bodywork professional providing movement health coaching I've spent years exploring tension patterns, restrictions and release, and seen the impacts on quality of life. Eventually this inspired me to take the work off the table, out of the clinic and shift focus to online work so that I could help hundreds and thousands more people globally. I began recording and streamed over 600 daily episodes of the Taming Your Tension podcast. Every single day, I taught one simple idea: Check yourself before you wreck yourself!
