Who’s all coming?

An odd plate I spotted a couple days ago. Normally, collector special plates align with the number on a standard collector plate. Would the owner have associated their car number with their 36th collector vehicle instead of a different one, or something else?

Never seen a sticker like this one.

This one is fascinating. Reserved series plates seem much more common from pre-1980, as this is one of the only reserved series plates on the graphic base I have seen. I remember seeing the front plate to the black-text pair, I unfortunately did not buy that plate. It's also cool that this one is an officially-issued plate with Q in the serial, as mostly all officially issued, non-vanity plates prohibited Q from being part of the number (with the exception of some alpha-style truck plates from the F, G, and J series.)
