This plate has almost every quarterly sticker from December 1995 to December 1997 (the June 1996 and the December 1996 stickers are hard to see though). However, the March 1996 and the March 1997 stickers seem to be missing. I wonder why something like this would happen. Also, this plate is among the last 35 HC plates issued before the HD plates were introduced.

Anyone else collect Wisconsin bicycle license plates? I rarely come across ones from Rhinelander, but I'm always on the lookout.
