Hey everyone 👋🏽 My name is Andre, and I’m the founder of Starters Initiative Consulting.

I help athletes and families prepare for life beyond the game by focusing on holistic development—mental strength, identity, leadership, career planning, and personal growth, not just performance on the field.

I typically work with middle school, high school, and college athletes, as well as parents who want to make sure their athlete is supported on and off the field. My goal is to help athletes build confidence, discipline, and transferable skills that last long after sports.
