Now that soccer is over for now, it's time to switch gears and head to the track. I have to get ready for the Nike Indoor Nationals 🏃🏽‍♀️🙏

Happy Sunday, family! I hope everyone is staying warm and getting some rest as we head into a new week. I wanted to give you all a quick update, I’ll be heading out of the country and will be back Friday, so I won’t be coaching tomorrow night. That said, we have a special guest joining the call who is going to bring a TON of value, so please be sure to tune in at 7 PM like usual. You definitely don’t want to miss this session. I will still be checking in while I’m away, it may be at some random times because of the 6-hour time difference, but I’ll pop in whenever I can. Also, please remember: Origin Story videos are still due by tomorrow. I’m still expecting everyone to complete the assignment.
