I know life gets super busy and it feels like you have NOOOO time whatsoever to practice or do anything really that you WANT to do. When you feel like that I want you to remember that you have full control over everything that you engage with. Sometimes we have to think of ourselves as dictators over our own lives and act accordingly. I think that idea in itself aligns with what we know as discipline. Do it in spite of how you feel if you know it's something good for you mind, body or soul. I'm saying all of this to say, I HOPE YALL ARE PRACTICING YOUR WINES MY LOVES!
