So excited to be here and be learning from such an amazing and inspiring queen!! So grateful to be able to experience teachings from wonderful women around the world!

My loves! In order to get your waistline in check you NEED to practice consistently so I’m initiating these challenges to start getting you guys moving! On Saturday, I would love for you all to upload a video of you doing the drill to the community page so we can all see your hard work and so you can get feedback and support from all the Queens in here 💛 Lock in! You do have time! We just need discipline. I’m always a message away if you guys need me!

When I tell you this class was a vibeeee!!! I had so much fun, I will be practicing, and I need to learn the first part of this dance asap💕
