One challenge I have with Self-trust...

Jenny, I love that you've created this space for women expanding their nervous system and rebuilding self-trust. What hit me when I reread the "About" page is that sometimes, my problems with Self-trust get complicated by trust issues more generally.

For example, I trust myself to tackle almost any challenge...except when other people are involved and I have to rely on them.

I'm slowly learning...one powerful move has been to release people from my world when they prove unreliable, and to invite in people who are consistent, and do what they say they'll do.

I'm not bringing this up thinking you or anyone else will fix that. But I am wondering if sometimes other people struggle more with trusting others than trusting themselves?
