Made 102 calls tonight!! Had 2 Inbound calls! 1 was a seller I made an offer to two days go. I missed that call this morning. When I called him back I got forwarded to voicemail. I will try again tomorrow and see if we have a different turn out. The second inbound call was a homeowner returning my call from like 5 days ago and wanted an offer on her property. I was able to talk down the "Give me an offer now" to a reasonable conversation and build a connection with her, condition her, gather MCTP, look up the property, calculate my offer and present it live on the call. She said it was a NO and didn't have a counter offer but said if they do sell it they would save my number and call me back. Even though these last couple offers this week have been a NO my delivery approach and ability to connect better and faster with a seller has noticably improved. So I'm pleased with that at least. Might start recording myself on these calls so I can see how I really sound. Had 18 Pick Ups! 3 Not Interested. 4 Hang Ups. 3 Wrong Numbers. 1 wanting to sell! 1 Offer presented to a homeowner! 6 Ai Pick Ups. 3 Hang Ups. 3 forwarded to voicemail. 34 Voicemails Left in total. Connected with a homeowner looking to sell in the next month or 2! She's in a tight situation and is stuck with a distressed property she doesn't know what to do with. Sounds like the perfect opportunity to present some solutions that WILL help this seller out. The homeowners were eating dinner so the conversation wasn't that long a few min if that. But this one has strong motivation behind it. Excited to see how these are going to turn out! 2 New Leads added to the Pipeline tonight!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!! LETTSSSS GOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Anyone else still having trouble getting it working? I’ve contacted support but am wondering if there’s something I’m not doing on my end.
