Made 101 Calls tonight! Had 2 Inbound calls. Both Not interested. Had 21 pick ups! 4 Not interested. 7 Hang ups. 3 Wrong Numbers. 1 interested in selling!! 6 Ai pick ups. 2 went to voicemail. 4 hung up. Left 30 voicemails. Connected with a motivated seller with a real motivating situation as well as a motivated property that needs work. A true seller in distress looking for an out. Only problem is she is looking to move in with family, but hasn't figured out which family member to move in with. That is literally the only thing holding her up and she doesn't want to move into a place by herself. Said to call back in 5 or 6 months and she should be ready by then. This sounds like another good one guys. A bit out with the timeline.. but I have a good feeling about this one. Just was vibing and really connecting with this homeowner. Been working on my rapport building skills lol Im thinking that's where I have fallen short with my other homeowners interested in selling. I was more transactional and wasn't as focused on the rapport building part. After reflecting on that call. I see where I could have expanded on a few things to have more engagement. But now that's the next change up for the next call! Just got to constantly stay improving. Then there is no choice but to WIN! I have a big day planned out.. let's see how good this one can get!! 1 New Lead Added to the pipeline!!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!! LETTTSSSS GOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Made 102 Calls tonight! Had 9 Pick ups! 2 Hang Ups 3 Not interested. 4 Wrong numbers. 6 Ai pick ups. 2 hang ups. 4 forwarded to voicemail. Left 29 Voicemails total. Today just felt off. I was out of my normal routine. Had extra unplanned stuff added to the agenda. Definitely noticed I wasn't as focused on the Dialer Tonight.. But I kept the headset on and kept dialing. No new leads tonight. Just practicing different openers to see what gains more traction. After looking around in the CRM I came across a few properties that got moved to a different pipeline and forgotten about.. SMH.. so I did some underwriting this evening and will be calling those individuals back tomorrow! Still can't believe I didn't that.. this is where the slowing down part really comes into play. LOL you never know.. these could be the ones that changed it all. Just one way to find out! Excited to deliver some Offers tomorrow!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!!
