Zillow is an Infinite Money Glitch
I made $10,000 wholesaling this house I found on Zillow 👇
📍 2123 Weedon Dr, Richardson, TX 75081
✅ Listed on the MLS for $360,000
💸 ARV: $450,000
🛠️ Repairs: ~$20,000
We just called the agent, offered $335,000, locked it up, sent it to a buyer… and got PAID $10k.
