What will be your last push for 2025?

So the end of the year is slowly creeping up on us soon 2025 will be old and gone in and 2026 will come in swiftly.

What is going to be the last thing you work on to close out the year?

For me, I’m trying to wrap up several seller financing deals so that I can get them submitted to buyers before the year is out but like everything it always takes a little bit longer than one anticipates to negotiate the final details with sellers.
